CEO & Principal Consultant

Dr. Charisse Bynoe is a nationally recognized education leader, speaker, and equity strategist with over two decades of experience transforming schools, empowering educators, and uplifting students. As the Founder and CEO of NextGen Learning Partners, she leads with heart, strategy, and a fierce commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and healing-centered education.

A proud South Bronx native and Columbia University doctoral graduate, Dr. Bynoe has served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, director of special education, and systems-level leader supporting school districts, residential treatment centers, & state and international education offices. Her work centers on students who are often overlooked, including African-American males with emotional disabilities, rural and low-income youth, neurodiverse learners, and students facing mental health challenges and the educators who serve them.

Through bold professional development, leadership coaching, and student empowerment sessions, Dr. Bynoe equips schools and organizations to build radically inclusive cultures where every voice is honored, and every story matters.
